My
first move into the industry was with JD Associates (a division
of DM Business products) where I worked on a variety of print needs
such as corporate annual reports (3), spec sheets, mailers, identity
packages and brochures. My next move was to Cull Martin and Associates
where I worked with teams to implement direct mail marketing campaigns
for religious organizations.
At
JD Associates, I participated with a small team and independently
on a wide variety of print applications for mostly industrial clients.
Job duties included operation of Anitec Laserred® System Film
Imagesetter, Negative Stripping, Stat Camera, Plate Burning, and
in-house press project supervision for web and offset. I also trained
stripping personnel on Macintosh and PC computers to be able to
perform typesetting and digital film output.
I received awards for catalog design and annual report design.
At Cull Martin and Associates, I worked as the lead desigern on
a dynamic five person team to create complete packages for direct
mail marketing of religious organizations. We determined marketing
concept and graphic focus based on audience response data and client
identity. Materials included specialty design of greeting cards,
calendars, ornaments, logos, premium/intention inserts, bookmarks,
as well as other experimental design/marketing strategies.
Please contact me if you
would like to schedule an interview to see more of my print work,
or production work.
