Oversee two managers (MIS and Internet departments) with an emphasis on fostering collaboration and communication during a 130 person company restructuring.
Work with manager to address personnel issues in two departments totaling 11 people.
Report on departmental progress and projects to CEO, Director of Sales, Publisher, and other executives.
Initiated ongoing departmental cooperation between four departments.
Manage the launch of new product offerings within the MyLittleSalesman.com marketplace, including production of sales materials and bringing teams together to institute protocol structures from sale to invoicing.
Analyse data and user trends from Google Analytics as to suggest improvements to the MyLittleSalesman.com marketplace.
In a previous role as Task Coordinator, oversee hundreds of tasks within the Internet department, being performed by myself, two programmers, two designers, and two tech support specialists.

Implement and supervise network DAT back-ups, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Macintosh and PC computers/peripherals.

Managed, orchestrated, and assigned design/production projects to myself and three other designers in satellite offices located in Hyderabad, India and Geneva, NY.
Participated with teams and independently to design and implement web sites for clients, opt-in emailers for company email marketing tool (Bulletpass), web-based extranet applications, non-web based SQL applications, and company presentations.
Fleshed out design and functionality with programming teams in order to create web based SQL, CGI and ASP driven applications.
Oversaw and participated in team assembly of PowerPoint and Word sales presentations.
Authored, edited, and produced press releases and technical manuals.

With teams and independently, designed and implemented corporate web sites for clients in a wide variety of print and web applications.
Worked closely with back-end programming team to design sites that imported information from remote third party databases such as Hollywood Video.
Clients included Just for Men, Vagisil, Odoreaters, Scalpicin, MovieclubOnline, and Throttlebox Media’s music download web service.

Job duties included operation of Anitec Laserred® System Film Imagesetter, Negative Stripping, Stat Camera, Plate Burning, and in-house press project supervision for web and offset.
Trained stripping personnel on Macintosh and PC computers to be able to perform typesetting and digital film output.
Produced three annual reports.
Received awards for catalog design and annual report design.

Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Quark-x-Press, Imageready, Dreamweaver, Flash, Director, Pagemaker, BBEdit, Freehand, Fireworks, and other standard inclusive software.
Working knowledge in Apple Macintosh OSX Jaguar/Panther, previous versions of Macintosh operating systems, and Microsoft Windows XP and previous versions.
Working knowledge and experience in Macintosh networking of computers and peripherals, as well as knowledge base for Windows XP networking.
Working knowledge of basic front-end Javascripting, and an ability to locate and utilize pre-authored Javascripts.
